Responsible Lending
Operating in a non-standard market requires a responsible approach to customer credit and lending. Therefore, we have implemented a “low and grow” credit limit strategy. This strategy empowers customers to responsibly manage their current accounts and enables them to earn credit limit increases. We believe that it is important for customers to display sound financial management practices in their current accounts before making adjustments. Therefore, credit limits are raised when customers exhibit consistent financial behavior.
